On the natural circumstances the first thing that we do is Covering. It's the first action, cover yourself from the evil darts. Now we must discern and decide that the attack is NOT from the human beings, but from the spiritual forces of darkness. Our fault is to not cover ourselves with the shield of faith, and instead we try to fight back with our fleshly mind. This is our first failure, when we fight the enemy with the wrong weapons. Remember that all truth is parallel. If in the natural you do not fight your enemy with weaker weapons, how much more in the spirit. The dirty devil is an absolute liar. He is taking advantage times that we are tired, or we are pressed by the circumstances, and he attacks, by using the mouth of people that they are not in the spirit. There the temptation is to be influenced to speak by the same way; the way of the flesh. If we are not sensitive we shall fall in the trap of the spirit that is hiding behind that attack. One of the very usual attack is to throw darts of bitterness.

This attack is very common and very often we are wounded from these darts, of bitterness that are coming through words of people that they are close to us! Yes this is the funny thing that the attack will come from those that they are the closest.. This is the most natural thing, because this is what happened to Jesus. He was attacked by his closest friends; he was rejected, he was betrayed and ignored and wounded, from all those that he loved. But he knew, how to protect his soul. He was trusting God. Faith in his unchangeable word will deliver us from many attacks of the enemy |
